payment options & shipping...

My shopping cart is currently still under construction but I am still taking orders! If you would like to place an order, please follow the directions below.

To receive a Quote:

Send an email to orders@chillnoggin.com with the following information:
1. Your full name and mailing address
2. Model number, colour of hat, and quantity
3. For Pierced Style hats, please specify the colour of your 4 earrings
4. Please indicate if you would like insurance on your package

You will receive an email quote within 48 hours for your order. This will include the sub-total, all applicable taxes and shipping. Your order with have a specific reference number that you must include with your payment. Instructions for completing your order through PayPal will be provided.

Payment Options:

I take PayPal transactions, as they are the most convenient and secure method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to send money. All my shipments are sent out with a tracking number to ensure that the product arrives safe and sound. PayPal has implemented several security measures for the both the buyer and the merchant.

Shipping

I ship mostly through Canada Post and I don't believe in hiding extra charges in the shipping price! Your shipping will be based upon your address and the size and weight of your parcel plus packaging materials. All items are currently being shipped out of Toronto, Ontario. Once a payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation. On occasion, I will send a product through UPS or FedEx, please indicate if you would like these options. All packages will be sent out with a tracking number.
